The excluded domino is number 3 and 2

By systematically going through all 28 dominoes in a standard double-six set and comparing with the 27 visible in the image, I can identify which one is missing. After cataloging all visible dominoes, the 0-3 tile does not appear in the image.

By systematically cataloging all 27 visible dominoes in the image and cross-referencing against the complete set of 28 double-six dominoes (all combinations of numbers 0-6), the domino [4, 4] is the only tile that does not appear. This is a double (same number on both ends), and its absence is confirmed by checking all other doubles [0,0], [1,1], [2,2], [3,3], [5,5], and [6,6] which are all present in the image.

By systematically checking all 28 tiles in a double-six set, I identified that the double-six (6, 6) tile is the only one missing from the collection of 27 tiles shown in the image.

I counted every visible tile in the image and every pair from the standard double-six set appears except the domino with 2 and 4.

The image shows a collection of dominoes from a standard double-six set. Analyzing the first row, there is a clear sequence of dominoes from the ’fives’ suit: 0-5, 1-5, 2-5, 3-5, and 4-5 are all present. This sequence logically continues with 5-5 and then 6-5 (which is the same as 5-6). The last domino in the first row appears to be 5-6, completing the sequence after 4-5. However, the double-five (5-5) is conspicuously missing from this sequence and is not present elsewhere in the grid, making it the excluded domino.
